Flight Istanbul to Dubai and Stopover in that Magical city.

After several wonderful days in Dubai, it is time to pack and leave after a most enjoyable stay at the Double Tree. Our Suite was very comfortable, with all required fit out items, a sound breakfast and. Sky bar with superb views of the river.

We booked Blacklane to take us to the Airport . As usual everything worked very well and despite the usual traffic problems in Istanbul we travelled to the airport within a 50 minute time frame in the back of a new Mercedes “E” class.

For the first time it has really hit us that this wonderful holiday is concluding. It has been just amazing although this last fortnight have been tiring.

Check in was very quick, this is a top class airport although we then find out that thr lounge which we hoped top be in is not on our schedule as we are upgraded to the Turkish airlines first and business class.

We enjoy some Turkish food then make our way to the gate. Everything works well. We are welcomed aboard and seated for this 4-5 hour flight to Dubai, arriving near a scheduled 2.15am.

The flight is filmed and arrives about 10 minutes early.

We collect our luggage and find our driver waiting. We are taken to our hotel which is only 15 minutes from car park to checkin.

The King room is comfortable. We change and sleep well until it is time for a buffet breakfast before the pick up and return to the Airport for our next.flight.
